*iAH.def.php * should include at the bottom a line like
AVAILABLE LANGUAGES=pt, es, en, ca

Therefore you assigned Catalan as the fourht language, then ^4 
references to that language and ^1 to Portuguess
So, in the INDEX section, all ^1<label> should be Portugese labels (This 
si not your problem but this is not correct)
If you look to the structure of iAH folder
/htdocs/iah/css
*ca   this folder is missing which includes /help and /ima*
             en
             es
             fr
             ...
             pt
             scripts/en
                     ca
                     fr
                     module
                     pt
                     translate

I am not sure if there is other pieces missing
But this for sure
