[Isis-users] Administrate file manager

Hi there,


In the address: http://localhost:9090/site/admin/admFrames.php?lang=en,

In the Administration Libraries and documentations I can access all the
links except FILE MANAGER.


 Please tell me how to access and administrate that link.
