[Isis-users] MENSAJES DE ERROR. ERROR MESSAGES

 Well, the question is, if you have time to answer.  I have a computerFujitsu-Siemens, recycling as a european model with Windows 2008 or 2009 I'm not wrong. It was told me by the engineer who came to repair and install my Internet conection. The Winisis works and I have some data bases
 But in the Microisis
1) when I put a double click on the icon and choose a base as always, the base is open and then get a message like the following from the 
Principal menu:
MSG-075 (text not found)
MSG-078 (text not found) without more than those
2) Later, I tried to open the data entry menu and although I may change the base content not appear that down menus are displayed normally (for modify the content registration, to exit the menu, etc). Instead a message appears:
MSG-103 (text not found)
MSG-104 (text not found) and below  MSG-110 (text not found) 
That is, I can modify the contents of the base, with that caveat, thatsoftwaredoes not appear as usual to appear. However on another computerof my workno nothing happens with the software, looks set to be true old.To exit the entry and take c to cancel or x to exit appears new
Error Message MSG-012 (text not found), without more than these,afterwhich I enter and re-entry menu appears3) 
Then, if I want to search the Microisis disconnects automatically giving an error message like the following:
Error: File not found error in file c: \ isis \ prog \ query.hlp  Error Code 1032, Status 0002PC = 6B38: 000A; SS = 4223, FP = 1173, SP = ECACt
hat is not possible to search and the program closesautomatically

Some argentinian engineriing told me
"hi, the error is in the way you indicate in syspar.par.The parameter 3 (I think) is that which handles the message base. As not I found out that error.The error query.hlp must be a parameter of 1 syspar or is nothave that application on the ISIS program folder, usually1 =. \ Dev \Atte.,This was the first answer I got was an engineer whose name Argentinaby touch rather not give. Unfortunately this response isn't apparently the right answer

Tengo una computadora
Fujitsu-Siemens, es un modelo europeo reciclado con Windows 2008 o 2009 si
no estoy errado,
 según me dijo el Ingeniero que vino a reparar y a instalarme el ADSL.
 El Winisis funciona y tengo algunas bases en  
Pero en el Microisis
1) al abrirse al dar doble click en el ícono y elegir una base como
siempre,
la base se abre y luego aparece un mensaje como el que sigue en el menú de
inicio:
MSG-075 (text not found) 
MSG-078 (text not found) sin más consecuencias que esas
2) Voy al menú de ingreso de datos y si bien me permite modificar el
contenido de la base
no aparecen los menúes que abajo se despliegan habitualmente (para
modificar el contenido
del registro, para salir del menú,etc). En cambio aparece un mensaje que
dice:
MSG-103 (text not found)
MSG-104 (text not found) y más abajo
MSG-110 (text not found)
Es decir, puedo modificar el contenido de la base, con esa salvedad, que
el software
no aparece como habitualmente debe aparecer. En cambio en otra computadora
de mi trabajo
no acontece nada con el software, que es cierto tiene visos de antigüedad.
Al salir del menú de ingreso y dar c para cancelar o x para salir aparece
un nuevo
mensaje de error MSG-012 (text not found), sin más consecuencias que esas,
después del
cual doy enter y vuelve a aparecer el menú de ingreso
3) Luego, si quiero hacer una búsqueda el Microisis se desconecta
automáticamente dando
un mensaje de error como el que sigue:
? Error: File not found error in file c:\isis\prog\query.hlp
Error Code 1032, Status 0002
PC = 6B38: 000A; SS = 4223, FP = 1173, SP = ECAC
es decir que no permite realizar la búsqueda y el programa se cierra
automáticamente
Qué es lo que puede acontecer?

hola, el error está en el camino que indicas en el archivo syspar.par.
El parametro 3 (creo) es el que maneja la base de mensajes. Como no lo
encuentra te sale ese error.
El query.hlp debe ser un eror del parametro 1 del syspar o es que no
tienes ese aplicativo en la carpeta de programas isis , generalmente
1=.\prog\

Esta fue la primera respuesta que obtuve, fue un ingeniero de Argentina cuyo nombre
por tacto prefiero no dar. Lamentablemente no es esa respuesta, aparentemente
   las cuales puedo trabajar.
