[Isis-users] Conversion SECS (DOS) to SECS-WEB

Hi,

I need to convert the titles. issues, masks, etc from Secs (Dos) to
Secs-Web.
I see that the fields of the 2 systems do nor correspond. .I cant find
an FDT for the  SECS-Web version, can only view it with mx in cisis.
Is there a conversion procedure available already?
How does the system of Title and Title Plus is configured and is working
in the background?

Secondly, I unzipped ABCD on a Windows 2008 64 bit server.  I can access
the catalogue, but when opening the page for Secs-Web, there is not list
of libraries for selection.
There were problems with permissions to copy some DLL files. Could this
be the problem?
Any suggestions?
