New Features

------------------

* Added a new indexing technique 10 that generates N-Grams Tokens from the
phrases recognized in the text.

* Added two new character-*encoding* schemes for UNIMARC: ISO 5426 and ISO
6937 and one for MARC 21: MARC-8. They are available when importing and
exporting data, data is converted from these new encodings to UNICODE UTF-8
when importing and can be converted from UNICODE UTF-8 to these encodings
when exporting. Thus J-ISIS is now also a good tool for converting ISO2709
encoding.

* Improvement of the PFT editor with a better font to recognize all
characters, and better integration into the J-ISIS framework.

* J-ISIS Updated to Lucene 4.0 so that indexes will be usable by Solr 4.0
and opening the door to the new Lucene 4.0 flexible Search for the future.

 Bug Fixes

------------

* The PFTs with Prefix-Literals and Suffix-literals in repeatable groups
did not work as described in WinISIS manual. They work now as expected.
Thanks to Vladimir Rubtsov from Russian Science Library, St.-Petersburg who
raised the issue.

* Fixed several synchronization bugs between the PFT editor web output
window and the database.

 * Removed the default hard coded English stopwords array so that by
default all terms are indexed even the terms that could be considered as
stopwords. Thus, stopwords are only removed from indexing if they are part
of the file stopwords.txt that should be in the /ifdt folder of the
database.

* Updated the UNIMARC FDT and FST templates

* Corrected encoding when exporting

* Corrected the French stowords-fr.txt file that was in wrong format

2) I am looking for some iso2709 data encoded with Marc-8 character set to
test J-ISIS import/export and would be grateful if somebody could provide
some test data.

3) I would be grateful if you could provide some feedback about J-ISIS by
responding to the following questions:

***What is your opinion about J-ISIS?

***Do you really use it or intend to use it in the feature?

***What would be your wishing/priority list for J-ISIS further developments?

Thank you in advance for your contribution.

Anyway, I hope you will enjoy this new release. All your comments,
suggestions, improvement requests and bug descriptions are welcome.

My best wishes,

Jean-Claude
