[Isis-users] Global changes permission

Dear colleagues,

 

 

In both ABCD version 1.1 and 1.2t giving a user the Global Changes
permission works only if he/she also gets the Database Utilities permission.

 

This gives the user the possibility to initialize and delete the database
etc. even if you only want to give him permission to do a global change.

 

Is this a bug or a feature?
