[Isis-users] SOLICITO AYUDA

Estimados, hace un tiempo me he alejado del ABCD, pero retomé ahora e
instalé desde el sitio http://abcd.netcat.be/files el abcd_1.2t_winstaller y
con eso descargué el apache 2.4, php, empweb y www, mas el start, exit,
altérnate 24 y wizard.
Pero al activar el ABCD_start, me direcciona a http://localhost:9090/ pero
el sistema me dice que no se puede encontrar la página.
¿Qué estoy haciendo mal? Si alguien puede orientarme lo agradezco.
