To all people testing the circulation of v1.2t : there were indeed still problems but we are close to finish the corrections (let's say after the weekend we can publish new version). 
We are now at the level of detail like : which policy to use when it changed in between creating the loan and the return ? It takes long, yes, but it will be worth the wait.

I think there are problems with the loan of v1.2t. I can not perform a loan. I created a new record in copies and loanobjetcs, therefore the object exists in the database. Please, see the attached message that it presents

Hi,

I also tested with CEPAL, and changes as indicated by Ernesto, but the message is that the user can't borrow more items.
I then used another database, and checked that the FDT has the Group, etc. , but then the error message is that the record is not in the bibliographic database, but I can find the item no in the copies and in the loan objects database.
Please explain how the loan system should be configured.

por lo que veo estás usando norma CEPAL (usas la base de ejemplo biblo)
podrias indicar cómo tienes definido el campo de signatura topográfica (supongo que el campo  v3)
Tienes subcampos, inclusive el primer elemento?
porque en esta nueva versión los campos con subcampos que no indical el primer subelemento (que indicamos como v3^*)
deben indicarlo en la FDT con un guión

grupo  v3   -abc

Supongo que es eso

El capítulo con todas las novedades del ingreso de datos y FDT lo está preparando Egbert, pero de acuerdo a la agenda de capítulos estará pronto en algunas semanas
