I agree with Egbert, the worksheet is corrupted
besides de preliteral column with "http ...etc" which is not correct
there are other inconsistiencies, for example look at Group field 500
there in the column subfields is declared  a1111 but  there is only 
subfield "a"  declared, so these 1111 is an error
the same repeats in group field 502
