What's the best way to save documents, images and videos to access in ABCD
Site safely?

In Forum I found instruction to use absolute adress <a href="
http://localhost:9090/bases/MyDataBase/Documents/'v856^u'" target=top></a>.
Can I save in htdocs/bases/MyDataBase/... without risks with hackers?
