[Isis-users] problem in export database

I cant export database using the procedure below:

When the file is created one page with the results and a link to the file
will appear. If you want to download the file, right click on the link to
see the option that will allow you to do so.

For me the link not created. so path is displayed.

\ABCD\www\bases\wrk/base  Arquivo atualizado

The version is: 1.2transitional

sugestions?
