[Isis-users] fdt_new.php missing

Hi users, 

I am facing while creating new data base , when i create new data base , then next screen arrived where we creates fields , headings etc .
the process running smoothly , when  I click validate ABCD validate and showing no error message .

But when i click on update ,  ABCD redirects me at the following url :
http://localhost:9090/central/dbadmin/fdt_new.php

I double check dbadmin folder , there is no file with "fdt_new.php" name.

Please advise!!
