[Isis-users] J-ISIS release 3 March 2014, Reference Manual and Web-JISIS

Dear Cao Minh Kiem,

I tested deeply this release and I think that it can be considered as the
1st official version 1.0 of J-ISIS.

Thank you for your interest in J-ISIS, your experience using J-ISIS in
Vietnamese would be interesting.
