[Isis-users] Problema com impressão de recibo - Problem with receip printing

Estou instalando ABCD 1.3t e  tenho um problema com impressão de recibo de
empréstimo: imprime corretamente o recibo de devolução, mas NÂO não está
imprimindo de empréstimo. Ambos estão configurados, como pode ser observado
no anexo, e r-loan.pft e r-reuturn.pft existem e estão corretos. O que pode
ser feito para que os recibos de empréstimo sejam impressos? Alguém pode
ajudar?
Nota: estou usando a opção de empréstimo sem copies

Dear,
I am installing ABCD 1.3t and have a problem with loan receipt printing: it
prints properly the return receipt, but NOT the loan receipt. Both are
configured, as shown in the attachment, and r-loan.pft and r-return.pft
exist and are correct. What can be done so that the loan receipts are
printed? Can anyone help?
Note: I am using the loan option without copies
