Dear colleagues,

I had a problem with my ABCD and wanted to

- download a stable version
- upgrade to 1.4

This is easier said than done. On the ABCD wiki you can find:

- the wiki in Spanish, with upgrade files to 1.3 and higher (which is a difficult if you don't speak Spanish)
- the wiki in Eglish, but under construction
- a very nice demo of 1.4

It would make life easier if the following was provided:

- a button on the demo that says "download this version" (now for 1.4 and in future for the next versions)
- which starts a download of a fully upgraded and  integrated version 1.4

I know that is not what you need if you still have a good running version and want to upgrade. In that case you don't want to overwrite everything and just need upgrade files, but for new users and people who need to start all over again it would be nice.
