[Isis-users] Upgrade to ABCD 1.4

Good morning,

I upgraded from ABCD 1.2 directly to 1.4, bypassing 1.3.
When issuing an item on loan, I  get the following error message:

WXIS|fatal error|unavoidable|dbxopen: logtrans.xrf (2)| 

Where does this problem come from?
Can the problem be that I did not upgrade to version 1.3?
