[Isis-users] Upgrade to ABCD 1.4

LOGTRANS is a new function that we began a couple of months ago in order 
to keep more complete and detailed statistics of system 
ABCD_circulations/Central.
The idea is to make a statistics module similar to EmpWeb.

It is still in alpha release, we have not yet reached the beta instance, 
for that reason the documentation in the wiki is precarious. When this 
is advanced enough to make tests Guilda will report to the list
