[Isis-users] WINSIS record updating issue

Hello!

I am using WINISIS(Ver 1.5 build 3) for some institutional databases.

I am facing problem in updating few records. when i try to Edit some
records , it gives error message as given below-

523: Record is currently being updated by another user. Please retry later!

Further, when I try to do I/F update under Database link. It gives the
below error message-
System Error - Permission denied: some one is performing data entry!

Please help me to resolve the above problems.
