[Isis-users] WINSIS record updating issue

Hi!

You can try: Utils --> Advanced Database Utilities

Then, on the left side of the window you can see if there are Data Entry
Locks or MST Locked, and choose the action: Unlock DBase, Unlock Recs or
Clear Entry Locks.
