[Isis-users] Is there a command to lock/unlock a database?

Egbert, thank you for replying. I could use these options for my mx commands.

But how should I go to lock a database when I'm using some other command
instead of the mx utility? E.g. when backing up all the ABCD files by
copying them to the cloud? I don't want a set of inconsistent backup files
that might be caused by some user doing an update while my script is busy
copying the files.
