[Isis-users] Is there a command to lock/unlock a database?

I always had in mind to develop a process that allows to lock a database so,
as it remains locked, only the system administrator will have access to it.
As ABCD does not keep track of the users that are editing records at a
given time, if you lock the database and one users is editing a record the
update of the record will be rejected. So the administrator must ensure
that no operator is creating or editing record when he locks the database
As soon as the process is implemented I'll send you the scripts so you can
test.
