I'm not using winisis because I'm doing an integration with another system
that will read a data file, compare it with the CPF and if this CPF does
not exist in my isis database it will include data from an file input.txt.
But for this I need to compare whether or not the CPF exists on the isis
database. If the existing CPF does not make inclusion of the registry.

How would the  proc command  in this case?

Probably best to follow an alternative strategy : with an mx-procedure
(proc=) you can first delete the records, in a separate database, which
don't have the value '12345' as CPF and then import (append) that resulting
set of records in your database.

Preciso inserir dados em uma base de dados ISIS, acrescentando novos
registros. (update).  Mas tenho que fazer uma validação antes. Por exemplo:
Se existir o dado de CPF= 12345 então não faça nada, se não, inserir um
novo MFN com  dados de campo 100, 245 e 300.   Qual a melhor forma de
fazer?  Posso fazer usando o MX?

I need to insert data into an ISIS database, adding new records. (Update).
But I have to do a validation before. For example: If the CPF data = 12345
then do nothing,  else  insert a new MFN with field  v100(data), v245(data)
