[Isis-users] Copying records between databases

Hi,

I copied a database from an existing one with exactly the same formats.
I want to copy some of the records into the new one, making use of the
copy from another database option. However, when I select the source
database and clicking on a number in the left pane, I get the following
warning, and I just get an empty worksheet.
When I try to copy from another database which has a similar format with
a few differences, it works.
Any pointer what the problem could be?
