Maybe you can start by checking the logs of the server/server software in order to see what exactly happens.

Yes Daniel, the files are in the right path, and using Apache.
Piet, I'm a consultant for ABCD of the library. I asked the librarian and she said she has no example. I think it occurs at different situatiosn
I wonder if you have any idea which server software could conflict with ABCD, causing the crashes? What should the IT staf check?

Normally ABCD shoud be very stable. I would suggest to check your server or your server software. Is it always the same action that causes these crashes (e.g. saving a record) or does this occur with different kind of actions (and could you give us an example)?

Prezados,
Tenho uma instalação de ABCD 1.5.1 (servidor Windows) que, por alguma razão, frequentemente cai, necessitando ser reiniciado. Pergunto se alguém  mais já teve este problema? Se sim, qual foi a causa identificada? Caso contrário, qual poderia ser a causo de da queda automática do sistema?

I have an installation of ABCD 1.5.1 (Windows server) which for some reason often crashes and needs to be restarted. Wonder if anyone else has had this problem? If so, what was the identified cause? Otherwise, what could be the cause of the automatic system crash?
