Dear Eustache,

The MST and XRF files where the data are stored do not have version control
in their structure.

My suggestion is to create an ISO file, for example,
20220911-data-base-name.iso, at the end of a day's work.

Log files help, but I think that adopting this practice will bring more
security to the data.

In fact the use of the "Edit" button to duplicate records did exist, it was
even mentioned in the manual "The ABCs of ABCD", but for this version it is
not in use. My opinion is that eliminating the habit of using the "Edit"
button with the intention to "Copy record" will solve the undue edits,
since the behavior of the buttons are more objective.
