Try following in the path of the <a href> link. I have tested several
possibilities for Forms within iAH and indeed it does not work.

It is hard to assess why it is not working without seeing what is filled in
the v990*4 field, but I think this is the most feasible way.

I believe that if the link worked, try inspecting the PHP file. Try
replacing $_POST with $_REQUEST.
