Dear Collegues:

My most sincere congratulation to Suriname librarians. By introducing ABCD
at least in one library the rest will soon become enthusiastic, too and ABCD
users network will become stronger in the Caribbean and LatinAmerica as
well. 

Hope the ABCD movement continue in my country - Cuba - and further Workshops
will be organized.
