[Isis-users] ABCD Ubuntu 64 bit

Good day,

Which version of Ubuntu 64 bit should be installed to get rid of the
problem of garbled text, diacritics, letters disappearing, etc.
Are the problems also there in Debian? Which version is working ok.
Please suggest what I should use?
