As you can see the JISIS import cuts the first part of the title (see Eraldo Crea), because of the repeatable subfield V1^e. 
The input line in field 1 is:

^aEraldo Crea^e<l'>autonomia e l'unità: il sindacato soggetto politico%^escritti e discorsi 1962-1991^fEraldo Crea^ga cura di Giorgio Alessandrini

The import into JISIS cuts the first two subfields ^a and ^e, before the "%" mark repetition (^aEraldo Crea^e<l'>autonomia e l'unità: il sindacato soggetto politico), leaving only the second part of the title description (^escritti e discorsi 1962-1991^fEraldo Crea^ga cura di Giorgio Alessandrini), while the import into Winisis is correct. 
I would rather say it should not be a problem in the FST (but I'm not sure).
On the other hand, field 15 (repeatable, with 2 different descriptions) is shown correctly both in WinIsis and JISIS. The input line is:

(15):  ^n1^1Confederazione Italiana Sindacati Lavoratori^21962-1991%^n2^1Crea, Eraldo^2scritti e discorsi 1962-1991

Usually we use more than one record for a multi-part description (as I explained in the text and in the 5 record short sample ISO), i.e. a book consisting in more volumes. In this case (Crea) we have 2 parts. 
The second problem is that the REF function in JISIS shows only the link to the first part, while Winisis correctly shows both parts.

  I do not understand what your problem, it works well in J-Isis its base and it generates the inverted file.
  His FST is not correct, why not look good or Winisis or J-Isis.
  Also I see you enter a record into parts, pieces, using up to 3 MFN for a single record.

      attached to this mail you'll find some files (in .zip format) - 2 export .ISO files and the TECA db structure,  and an explanation (Word) of the work I have done, to explain in a simple (?) way the problems I have encountered.
