[Isis-users] Help with a fatal error on the search

from the screenshot I see something very weird : you are running iAH (the OPAC, main screen part) from inside the Central screen (top part of the screen) ??


Please first try to fully re-index your database and see whether that works o.k. The error message indicates some corruption in one of the inverted file parts (marc.cnt).

Best is to test in a terminal as then there are more clear error messages which are suppressed inside the ABCD-interface.

Remember the command is (inside marc-database data-folder) :

mx marc fst=@ fullinv/ansi=marc

and check if there are any errors reported.

If you do this as 'root' then change file attributes afterwards, e.g.

chown www-data:www-data *

chmod -R 777 *

Then try again to search.
